The crew at Mark Greene are professional, kind, accurate and their diagnostic reports are some of the best I’ve seen. They provide pictures of their findings, include notes with each one if there if a concern, & are explain needed maintenance/repairs easily. I trust them with all my vehicle needs. Also, they have a fabulous text communication platform making life easy for busy customers.

I have taken all three of my vehicles here. They are great absolutely. Their labor hourly rate is right on par with everything else. He was polite and explained everything required to fix my car's, even sent pictures to help with the explanation, he also disclose anything else they found in their initial inspection. They explain the charges and what each repair would cost for parts and labor. I picked this place by reviewing the one-star reviews and I loved how the owner reply to each one and explained exactly what happened. And it's obvious that most of the people that left the one star are very ignorant towards automotive repairs and frankly shouldn't be leaving a review when they don't understand what is going into it to make them safe. The owner actually cares and that wasn't going to be trolled by a few people not handling the expenses of owning a car (should have been sent to a dealership shop so they could get taken for a couple grand). Thanks for your running a solid automotive repair shop.
