Mark Green Automotive was there for me last Tuesday when I had car trouble. With their help I got a tow truck driver to move my car from a street to their shop on Mississippi. They could not get to it immediately but by Wednesday afternoon they knew what was wrong with it. They had the car a week because of other cars ahead of mine. But now it is fixed & I can pick it up. Yay! Jonathan answered all my questions and was very helpful to me. Thank you!

I very much appreciate your persistence and thoroughness in assessing the concern I had with the chafing noise from the front wheels that was occurring during hot weather and at speeds in excess of 40 mph. Your figuring out that it may be due to the unusual wheel design that incorporates decorative rings on the perimeter of the wheels adjacent to the tires and that these rings could be moving at higher speeds in hot weather was truly insightful. I'm grateful that your ensuring the tight attachment of the rings has worked to eliminate the chafing noise. You fellows are special. Thanks!

Friendly and convenient. Staff was willing to explain the condition of the vehicle along with some critical maintenance items and things to be aware of in the future. Seem to be extremely knowledgeable about my particular vehicle based on their own personal experiences.
