Mark Greene and his staff are awesome. Tom helped me out immediately when I rolled in with my Xterra spewing antifreeze like Old Faithful. He had the problem diagnosed within about 15 minutes and figured out that I needed a couple new hoses. He quoted me around $500 to get it all done, but said it would be cheaper if he didn't have to remove one part of the engine. It was Thursday and he said he may not have it done until Monday. Well, he ended up not having to remove the part on the engine and got the hoses installed the very next day, and I drove out of there for much cheaper than $500. This shop is honest and they work hard and quickly, and Tom even made sure I had a ride out of the shop when they had to keep my truck overnight. I will continue to use this mechanic and I will refer everyone I know to them.

Mark SAVED Me! I am trying to head out of town for the 4th of July and a check engine light came on. When I called the Dealership, they said they would not even look at it for a week! That is ridiculous, I need it looked at now to see if I can drive this car 3,000 miles or not. Then I remembered that Mark helped me once with my old car. I gave him a call. He said come right over. 5 minutes later Mark told me it was a false alarm, the gas cap was loose! Who would have guessed the gas cap set off the check engine light! He did not charge anything and as always, was kind and polite. I am on my way out of town without any concerns. Thanks MARK

Mark Greene told me he, "did not care about me" after I said I would report him to the BBB. My car's speedometer was broken after I had them repair my wheel bearing. Both Mark Greene and partner were rude and claimed it was mere coincidence my speedometer broke while they fixed my wheel bearing that I paid 200.00 more to have repaired compared to when I had a shop in Omaha fix the other wheel bearing. Worst customer experience ever. I was told since he knew more about cars that I could not possibly be correct in assuming that the speedometer broke while in their possession. I will tell everyone not to go there and will let everyone know not only did they refuse to take any responsibility, I was yelled at definitely not treated in a "Christian" manner.

Let’s get the facts straight. What I said to Angela was: “I don’t care what you do” in response to her repeating over and over that she was going to report me to the BBB and tell everyone not to do business with me. I tried to talk to her and explain the problem but she did not want to hear it. She also accused me of breaking her radiator fans, causing her car to overheat, but when she came back in to have us look at the speedometer she never brought that back up. About the $200 that she says was more than the last wheel bearing repair: We priced this job out and gave Angela the price for the repair before we ever started the repair, she said go ahead without ever bring this “Omaha” repair up. We did not know that the hub was ruined until after we started the job, called Angela and told her, that because she drove the car with a bad wheel bearing for so long that she also ruined the hub and that it had to be replaced which added an extra $75 to the job. She said o.k. without any problem. After Angela left on Wednesday upset, I keep thinking about how I could have handled this differently and realized that I handled this situation wrong. I called Angela Monday and told her that I would fix her speedometer free of charge. She brought the car in Tuesday and we took care of the problem, speedometer fixed!

We've been going to them for years. It's rare to find an honest mechanic that's also competent and not expensive, but Mark Greene is the one!

We discovered Mark Greene auto not too long after moving here in 2010 and have been going there for most every auto repair since. They have always been honest and up front with us and pretty quick too. We have brought things in to them on a few occasions and they have ended up telling us we didn't need as much done as we had thought (or didn't need anything done) - the point being that they could have done an unnecessary repair to get the money and we probably wouldn't have known but they chose not too. We definitely trust them with out auto repair. Also they are about a 25 minute drive for us but it's worth it to us for a mechanic we trust!

This place is the best. I've been back many times as the staff are always honest, friendly, experienced, and professional. So nice to have a place to take our vehicles and not worry about whether they are being honest! :)

I spoke with Breann. She was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help. I also saw her interact with two other customers and I was definitely impressed. They are a good business, which seems to be rare today.
